Raw mango pickle with chillies, flavoured with asafoetida
A simple yet tasty all time favourite South Indian pickle.
Reddish orange coloured pickle of mango cubes mixed with red chilli paste and tempered with mustard. It has a predominant flavour of asafetida.
Serve with lemon rice or tamarind rice.
Ingredients:-
