HOT MANGO PICKLE

Raw mangoes with red chillies

This is a traditional pickle popular all over the country.  It is made during the mango season in large quantities to last the year. A spoonful of this pickle of when added to achari paneer will enhance the taste.

Bright red in colour, this pickle has a typical home made taste which is so liked by almost everyone.  It has raw mango pieces in a spicy medium and is sour and salty in taste.

Goes well as an accompaniment with any meal.  Tastes especially great with curd rice.
