PUNJABI MANGO PICKLE
A traditional Punjabi pickle
As the name suggests this is a traditional Punjabi pickle with chickpeas adding a special touch.
Reddish orange in colour this pickle is sour and spicy with firm pieces of raw mango and chickpeas in a pasty medium.
Best enjoyed with aloo paratha.
Ingredients:-
