Mildly spiced mixed pickle of carrot, lime, mangoes and green tomatoes

Mixed vegetables cooked with South Indian pickling spices.

Sour and spicy , reddish orange coloured pickle with pieces of raw mango, green chillies, lime, green tomato and carrot mixed in ginger paste, jaggery and oil.

Serve with sambhar rice or curd rice.
