STUFFED RED CHILLI PICKLE

 

This pickle sounds fiery but it is a classic case of ‘more bark than bite’ pickle.

 

Traditionally north Indian pickle, it is popular in Benaras and Rajashthan.  Boiled and mashed potatoes will get an extra zing if the chillies in this pickled are chopped and added.

 

Brownish red in colour, it has whole large red chillies stuffed with a slightly dry but tasty spicy masala.

 

Will taste great with paranthas.

Fresh Red Chilly, Amchur,Salt,Vegetable Oil ,Fenugreek,Mustered,Turmeric,Coriander,Ajwain,Fennal,Cumin,Black salt,Asafoeited
