A lime pickle with tamarind and jaggery
A popular lime pickle from South India.
Brownish red and pasty in texture, sweet and sour in taste. The pickle has small pieces of lime with jaggery, oil, spices and asafoetida.
Serve with curd rice.
Ingredients:-
Lime Tamrind ,Jaggery,Vegetable oil,Spices,Salt,Asafoeiteda, Permittted Class II preservatives.(E 211),Acetic acid (E 260)
