Typical Punjabi pickle, it is a must in every home made generally during the winter months.
Dark brown in colour this pickle is sweet and salty. It has small pieces of turnip and cauliflower in a light gravy.

This delicious Gujarati pickle takes time and effort to make but the results are well worth it. Grated raw mango is mixed with sugar and processed in the sun.
A delicious pickle with mango shreds in the sugary syrup looking like marmalade. It is brownish orange in colour and is sweet and sour it has a distinct flavour of asafoetida and roasted cumin.

CHATAK CHILLI PICKLE
A traditional Goan chilli pickle
It is typically Goan but has a pan Indian flavour and is generally enjoyed by anyone who likes to adventurous when it comes to food. Add a spoonful to Chinese Manchurian for extra zing.
Dark brown in colour, it is hot, sour and spicy. Cooked with tamarind the pickle as a granular texture with small pieces of green chillies making their presence felt.
Tastes exceptionally great with bread, especially the Goan pav.
